Hawks Nest

A bunch of us girls had arranged a weekend away up to Hawks Nest. The entire weekend consisted of lots of eating ... eating, beer drinking, eating and more beer drinking. We had a complimentary holiday house that was down the road of a beautiful lake and only a 5minute drive to the beach.

The house we stayed in was pretty much an antique. The interiors were a bit of a time warp consisting of furniture from the 80's, a TV in a wooden frame, a Commodore 64, a shelving of "Better Homes & Gardens" dating back to 1991 and the little odd knick-knacks here and there.

I had the opportunity to capture this amazing sunset, a rare sight and the beautiful beach ... before the rain came in.
